About Us
Starting out in 2011, Beth Scorer (Elmhurst Accredited Energy Assessor) set out to develop an efficient and friendly service, providing EPCs to homeowners wishing to sell their homes. Since then, the Company has grown from strength to strength, offering a full range of services to those selling or renting their homes/commercial properties.
With the aim of making the process as easy as possible for the property owner, we now offer a full online booking and payment system, and have a team of friendly, reliable and experienced Assessors throughout England (self-employed contractors).
